Re-building your body.
In the year of 2012 I graduated in Sports Science at Technische Universität of Munich. Since then, I devoted myself intensively to the science of training and to the movement of the human body.
Qualifying as a RKC Level I Instructor (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) at the end of 2013 has made me even more passionate about re-thinking human movement.
I began more and more to deal with complex movement patterns and started to combine them with different types of training methods.
In 2014 I graduated as a RKC Level II Instructor, one of only a handful of Level 2 Instructors across Germany.
I know that daily movement is just as essential for a healthy body as breathing, drinking and sleeping and a life without movement can not exist.
I therefore challenge myself to move my body in different patterns every day.
My knowledge and experience has convinced me that effective movement can improve your life.
Movement is life.
To be able to move unrestricted and free of pain, a distinct movement vocabulary is required. This is comparable to learning a language and in order to communicate, you need an adequate vocabulary.
It is the same with movement.
To create movement forms and flows, a basic repertoire of movement patterns is necessary. The more pronounced the vocabulary of movement, the more potential a person has to effectively and efficiently develop a healthy, powerful and athletic body.

The spine supports and coordinates our posture. It defines how we stand, walk, sleep and live our lives. It influences our emotional, mental and physical health.
It needs movement to be strong, flexible and healthy. Therefore we have to bend, extend, tilt and rotate it.
It is our clock.
It determines how we age.
